Ashkenazic square script, in two hands, with piyyutim: Yadcha Tancheni by R. Yisrael Najara (in the first hand), and Yedid Nefesh, El Mistater and illustrations of the Tetragrammaton with "24 ayins" (in the second hand, in Ashkenazic Stam script, with decorations).

[9] parchment leaves (two blank). 18 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains. Several leaves loose or detached. Pencil inscription on front endpaper. Original leather binding, with gilt decorations, with wear and defects.
