דיו על קלף בפורמט מיניאטורי. כתיבת סת"ם מזרחית נאה, עם תגים באותיות שעטנ"ז ג"ץ. 29 עמודות (על 5 יריעות), 13-14 שורות בעמודה.

גובה קלף 6.5 ס"מ. מצב טוב-בינוני. כתמים, במספר מקומות כתמי רטיבות עם דהיית דיו. בלאי וסימני שימוש. נתונה בנרתיק קרטון ובד, בלוי וקרוע.
