Large, Bulky Hanukkah Lamp in shape of Tree, with Statuette of Deer – Norblin, Warsaw, Ca. 1900

Erect Hanukkah lamp, created by Norblin & Co., Warsaw, Poland, [late 19th or early 20th century].
Brass, cast and turned (marked on bottom with maker’s mark, serial number 2116, the letter "B", and logo in form of a human face); silver-coated.
Large, bulky Hanukkah lamp. Central shafts in form of a tree with two trunks, from which twisted branches of various thicknesses branch out; these branches support the candle sockets and servant light socket. The foliage consists of large leaves resembling palm fronds. Broad, round base in form of a mound of earth with flowers and grass. Upon the mound is a large statuette of a deer buck, with head raised upward. Base supported on three elegantly fashioned legs. Small plaque, engraved with initials "EE", soldered onto rim of base.

Height: 37 cm. Width: 35 cm. Depth: 20 cm. Good condition. Minor warping and slight fractures. Minor soldering repairs.
