כתובה בכתיבת סת"ם ספרדית (וועליש), עם תגים (קצרים) באותיות שעטנ"ז ג"ץ. 21 עמודות (על 5 יריעות), 20-21 שורות בעמודה.
גובה הקלף: 21 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב משתנה טוב-בינוני עד בינוני. כתמים ובלאי, חורים וקרעים. סימני קיפול [בעת הקריאה, כפי ההלכה שצריך לקפלה "כאגרת"]. ביריעה הראשונה קרעים (מודבקים) עם פגיעות בטקסט. דיו דהויה נוטה לצבע חום.
