כתובה בכתיבת סת"ם ספרדית, עם תגים (קצרים) באותיות שעטנ"ז ג"ץ. 21 עמודות (על 10 יריעות), 20-22 שורות בעמודה. יריעה ריקה בסופה, גלולה על מוט עץ מגולף בראשו (בעבודה עממית).
מגילת "המלך" [רוב העמודות פותחות בתיבת "המלך" – הרומזת ל"מלכו של עולם"].
גובה הקלף: 20 ס"מ בקירוב. גודל מירבי כולל מוט העץ: 23.5 ס"מ. מצב בינוני-טוב. כתמים, בלאי וקרעים. מוט העץ שבור בחתיתו וחסרה הידית.
