The collection contains "Shan Tovah" postcards of various styles: * A postcard with a portrait of Moses Mendelsohn after Daniel Chodowiecki. * Postcard with a "Shana Tovah" greeting and a rhymed Yiddish greeting. * Colorful photographed postcard depicting a rabbi wrapped in a prayer shawl blowing the Shofar. * A series of three postcards; each one depicting a rabbi holding a ritual item – a prayer book, a wine goblet and a Torah scroll – on an identical background, possibly a Holy Ark or a stage decoration.
Approx. 14x9cm. Good overall condition. Blemishes and small tears to edges of postcards.
