Hanukkah Lamp created at "Bezalel". Jerusalem, [ca. 1920-1925].
Silver plated brass. Marked: "Bezalel Yerushalem".
Two horseshoe arches are embossed on the base of the back plate, topped with two lions supporting with their front paws a seven-branched Menorah. The Hebrew inscription "These candles are holy" is embossed above the Menorah. A hinge for the Shamash is positioned on the right side of the row of oil fonts.
Height: 23.5 cm. Width: 21.5 cm. Good condition. Stains. Bends. Soldering repairs. Shamash is missing.
