Printed brochure – program for "delegates and attendees of the Great Congress". Published by the "Bureau for the first Great Congress of Agudat Yisrael". Vienna: Halpern and partners, Elul 1923.
Distributed to delegates of the Great Congress, with instructions and a program, detailing how the gatherings would be conducted, seating in the auditoriums, meetings of committees and regulations for voting in the committees.
The first international "Great Congress" of Agudat Yisrael took place in Vienna in 1923, and was attended by rabbis and delegates from all over the world, including the Chafetz Chaim, Rebbe Avraham Mordechai Alter of Ger, R. Chaim Ozer Grodzinski of Vilna, Rebbe Yisrael Friedman of Chortkov, and other rebbes and Torah leaders from Poland, Lithuania, Germany and worldwide. The opening address was delivered by the Chafetz Chaim. Another speaker was the young R. Meir Shapiro of Lublin, who, with the encouragement of the Chafetz Chaim, made the historical proposal of the Daf Yomi study program.
