Proclamation from the Vizhnitzer Rebbe [Rabbi Yisrael Hagar]. Jerusalem, the 1920's ?
Proclamation from the Rebbe to his Hasidim in the Holy Land to unite as in an independent congregation and to join the Charedi community, and not the Va'ad Leumi community. [The Charedi congregations were instructed to sign that they "separate" from the general congregation, after Dr. Weizman's success in controlling the congregations through the "Congregations Law" of the British Mandate].
