דיוקן נשיא המדינה הראשון, הדפס פוטוגרבורה שהוכן על פי תצלום מאת פאול גולדמן (ראו: "קדם", מכירה מקוונת 56, חלק ב', פריט 527). מוצמד ללוח קרטון עם כיתוב בעברית ובצרפתית.
בגב הלוח מספר חותמות: חותמת עגולה בתחתית, עם הכיתוב "ארגון ההגנה היהודית", ומגן דוד שבתוכו סמל ההגנה – חרב ועלה זית – מוצלבים עם רובה סטן; חותמת נוספת עם מספר סידורי.
