תליון אישי. פנים: שמש עולה, עשויה כדורית זהב, ומעליה המילה "ציון" בתוך מגן דוד והפסוק "אם אשכחך ירושלים תשכח ימיני". גב: הכיתוב "לזכרון הועידה השביעית הציונית ברוסיה, תרע"ז". חתומה בחריטה: "בצלאל".
