Collection of items related to the Palmach ("storm troops"), the elite fighting force of the Haganah, active during 1941-1948. [Israel, 1949 to 1960s].
1. Invitation card, "to a basketball competition between the Machal team and the Palmach team" at the "Amiram" court in Tel-Aviv, April 1949.
2. Invitation card "to a party to celebrate our discharge from the military" at the "HaPoel" shack in Jerusalem. Issued by "Chayot Hanegev" unit of the Palmach. February 1950.
3. Invitation to a conference of the second battalion of the Palmach and the settlements of the northern Negev at Kibbutz Nir Am, May 1950.
4. IDF shoulder unit tag, with the emblem of the Negev Brigade.
5-7. Three paper labels: "Palmach conference in memory of Yitzchak Sadeh" (1954), "Palmach, Its fire shall never be doused" (year not indicated, presumably 1950s), "Conference of the brigade, inauguration of the monument" of the Negev Brigade in Beer Sheva (1968).
