פורמט מיניאטורי. נדפס על נייר בגוון סגול בהיר, במהדורה בת 18 עותקים. עותק זה מספרו 7 והוא חתום בידי המו"ל. כרוך בכריכה מקורית, מחופה כריכת כסף שבחזיתה חקוקה הכתובת "הגדה של פסח" מעוטרת עלי גפן ואשכולות ענבים, ובצדה האחורי עיטור דומה, שבמרכזו מופיע הכותל המערבי.
