כתיבה מערבית. כולל עשרות רבות של פיוטים, בעברית ובערבית-יהודית. מהם פיוטים מחכמי המערב.
במספר מקומות מופיע שם הכותב: "הזה כתיבת היד שלי אני שלמה ן' מכלוף הן אמסלם הי"ו אכי"ר". באחד הדפים ובעמוד האחרון חותמותיו: "מכלוף אמסלם – וג'דא" [אוג'דה Oujda, צפון-מזרח מרוקו].
למעלה מ-100 דפים כתובים. 17 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב בינוני. כתמים, בלאי וקרעים. קונטרסים ודפים מנותקים. כריכה ישנה, פגומה.
