דיו על קלף, בפורמט מעט גדול.
מגילת אסתר כתובה בכתיבת סת"ם אשכנזית נאה [כתב "בית יוסף", הונגריה?], עם תגים באותיות שעטנ"ז ג"ץ. 10 עמודות (על 2 יריעות), 44 שורות בעמודה. רוחב העמודות משתנה מעמודה לעמודה.
גובה הקלף: 36 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב בינוני-טוב. כתמים ובלאי. בעמודה הראשונה קרעים עם פגיעה בטקסט, עם הדבקת קלף מאחור ותיקון האותיות. בחלק מהעמודות דהיית דיו ומספר אותיות מעט מחוקות.
