Illustrated title page, with illustration of crown, leaves, flowers and decorative ribbon. Square script and Italian semi-cursive script. All pages (except title page) decorated with red frame.
Written by "Shlomo Moshe Shabtai Nissim MeAdumim" of Ancona. His portrait, with his handwritten dedication, is extant in the Schwadron collection of the NLI.
