The certificate certifies that "the bearer of this bond has lent to the great synagogue committee the sum of five Pounds Sterling". Stamped with the synagogue's stamp and hand-signed by the chairman, treasurer and the secretary of the committee.
25X37 cm. Good-fair condition. Folding marks and stains. Bottom part (with some of the coupons) is cut and detached. Two coupons are lacking. Adhesive tape on verso.
