"Bethlehem to Jerusalem, " by George Klingle (pen name of Georgiana Klingle Holmes), with color lithographic plates of watercolor illustrations by Harry Fenn. New York: Frederick A. Stokes & Brother, 1988. English.
Epic poem by the American poet Georgiana Klingle Holmes (1841-1940), who wrote under the pen name of "George Klingle. " Accompanied by color lithographic plates of illustrations by the British-American painter Harry Fenn (1837-1911). These illustrations present well-known sites and scenes from the Holy Land, specifically Bethlehem’s Church of the Nativity, the Mount of Olives, and Jerusalem as viewed from Mount Scopus.
One plate is missing, specifically an illustration of the Sea of Galilee as viewed from Tiberias.

[8] leaves + [3] plates (of four; color lithographic plates). 26X23.5 cm. Overall good condition. Minor stains. Minor tears to edges of several leaves. Binding holes in margins of cover and leaves (no lacing). Original cover with gilt impression, in fair condition. Stains, wear, and minor tears.
