Khalifa HaKohen – filled in by hand (apparently by R. Khalifa), dedicated to "R. Tzror and his brother Mr. Eliyahu"; and two leaves with approbations by rabbis of Djerba.
Kabbalah scholar Prof. Gershom Scholem noted in his personal copy that Tehillim Siftei Renanot is extraordinarily rare.

Two volumes. Part I (Torah): 550, [1] leaves. Part II (Neviim and Ketuvim): 289 leaves. Approx. 31-33 cm. Most leaves in first volume in good condition; volume II in fair to fair-poor condition. Stains, including dark stains and dampstains. Extensive worming to second volume, affecting text in many places, partially repaired with paper. Tears and open tears to title page of second volume and several other leaves, partially repaired with paper (title page of volume II reinforced by mounting on paper). Old bindings, worn and damaged (front of binding of first volume detached).
This is the first Hebrew book printed in Livorno. This edition of Yalkut Shimoni differs from previous editions in that the printer proofread and edited the book "according to ancient correct manuscripts", and added entire sections not previously found in the Yalkut Shimoni.

Azariah", dated 1820. On second leaf, self-dedication (somewhat truncated) from 1836, of "the emissary Yosef son of R. Saadiah son of R.[---] Al-Sharabi of Yemen. The only book printed by the Chida in Mantua (all his other books were printed in Livorno, apart from one in Pisa).
This book was given as a gift by the author – the Chida – to the emissary R. Yisrael Chaim Refael Segre. At top of title page, self-dedication handwritten and signed by the recipient: "Gift from the great author to Yisrael Chaim Refael Segre".
R. Yisrael Chaim Refael Segre (d. 1832), a leading Jerusalem Torah scholar, well-versed in both the revealed and hidden Torah. Set out as an emissary twice, for both the Hebron and Tiberias communities. Author of Ateret Yisrael and Tiferet Yisrael.
Ownership inscriptions in Persian script and stamp of "Shlomo son of R. Shmuel".
Additional ownership inscription on title page (torn and incomplete). Pen trial with calligraphic inscription on back endpaper of "Shlomo Yosef Mizrachi".

Three books by R. Yosef David, Rabbi of Thessaloniki, all printed in Thessaloniki in the 1700s, with handwritten glosses:
• Responsa Beit David, Part I, on Orach Chaim and Yoreh Deah, and Part II, Petach Beit David, on Even HaEzer and Choshen Mishpat, by R. Yosef David, Rabbi of Thessaloniki. Thessaloniki, [1740-1746]. Two volumes.
Signature on title page of first volume: "Purchased by me in 1769, Avraham Lev-Aryeh" – R. Avraham Lev-Aryeh (d. 1802) was a leading rabbi of Jerusalem in the 18th century, author of Heichal Melech (Thessaloniki 1814). Set out as an emissary to the East and later to Europe. In 1788 he met the Chida in Livorno. Several of his works remain in manuscript.
Additional signature on title page: "Moshe Carilio". Inscription in Ashkenazic script of "Chaim Wekshner, here in our holy city".
In second volume, additional ownership inscription: "Yitzchak son of R. Michael HaLevi", and signatures: "Yitzchak HaLevi".

Stamps of R. "Yosef Rosen, residing here in Svislach". R. Yosef Rosen (1865-1954), a prominent and senior rabbi of the United States. Student of the Mir, Volozhin, Radin and Slabodka yeshivas of Lithuania. He served as Rabbi of Svislach (Grodno province; present-day Belarus). After World War I he immigrated to the United States, where he served as Chief Rabbi of Passaic, New Jersey from 1926. Stamps of R. "Yaakov David son of R. Moshe HaKohen – Staten Island".
