Some words on title pages printed in red ink.

Gilt inscription on front of binding of Part I: "Gift to the honorable good member Mr. Chaim Yaavetz, from the society" [the Dovev Siftei Yeshenim society, who published the book].

Two volumes. Part I: [2], 3, 188 leaves. Part II: [4], 120, [1], 121-125 leaves. 32-32.5 cm. Overall fair condition. Stains. Tears and open tears, affecting text in several places in second volume. Loose and detached leaves and gatherings in first volume. First volume in original leather binding, with gilt inscriptions, and second in old binding. Defects to bindings.
