Two large leaves – Heter Meah Rabbanim handwritten and signed by R. Shaul Moshe Zilberman of Wieruszów, with signatures of over a hundred rabbis of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. 1932.
The Rabbi of Wieruszów recounts that the wife fled to the United States and has refused to receive a Get for over 7 years, and he permits her husband to marry another wife, providing he has the signatures of one hundred other rabbis. Further on the leaf, he is joined by R. Bentzion Meir Chai Uziel and R. Shlomo Aronson, the "chief rabbis of Jaffa and Tel Aviv", and the Jerusalem Beit Din, signed by R. Tzvi Pesach Frank, R. Eliyahu Romm, R. Yechiel Michel Horowitz, R. Shimshon Aharon Polonski [the rabbi of Teplik], R. Yitzchak Tzvi Rivlin and R. Shalom Melamed.
On the second leaf appear 95 more signatures of Jerusalem rabbis and students, including: R. Yitzchak Yaakov Wachtfogel, R. Yaakov Asher Grayevski, R. Yechiel Michel Mushkin, R. Yisrael Isser Shapiro [Rabbi of Lapichy], R. Zelig Braverman [a dean of the Meah Shearim yeshiva], R. Yitzchak Arieli, R. Shmuel Aharon Yudelovitz, R. Yosef Shimshelevitz, R. Yosef Dinkles; and many more signatories from the elite Torah scholars in Jerusalem.
The author of the Heter, R. Shaul Moshe Zilberman, the Rabbi of Wieruszów (1850-1939), a leading rabbi in Poland and Eretz Israel, a Kotzk Chassid. He was appointed Rabbi of Koźminek and later of Wieruszów, where he expanded his yeshiva to hundreds of disciples, many of whom later became leading Polish rabbis. After World War I he served as head of the Łódź Beit Din, and in the 1920s he immigrated to Eretz Israel and served for 15 years as Rabbi of Tel Aviv.

Sent to Rebbe Yoel of Satmar, regarding support for an orphanage which was one of the projects of Ahavat Chaim, directed by R. Menachem Menashe.
R. Menachem Menashe (1892-1968), author of Ahavat Chaim. Renowned Sephardic orator and Torah teacher in Jerusalem. He studied under the kabbalists R. Yitzchak Alfaya and R. Yehudah Fatiya, at whose behest he established the Ahavat Chaim society, which spread Torah and engaged in charitable projects.

Two patient diaries, handwritten by the kabbalist R. Yitzchak Kaduri. [Jerusalem, ca. 1950s.]
Notebook with dozens of leaves and an additional notebook with seven leaves, in which R. Kaduri documented the requests of people who came to him for blessing, advice and pidyon, with questions about engagements, marital issues, cures for sicknesses and more. R. Kaduri documents the questions he was asked and the answers, advice or amulets he gave, usually based on Goralot he performed and astrology.
R. Yitzchak Kaduri (ca. 1899-2006), renowned as a foremost expert in all areas of kabbalah. Many flocked to him for his blessings, advice and amulets, and he was one of the only individuals in his times proficient in producing kabbalistic amulets.

Cursive Oriental script (Ottoman regions). The base manuscript was written by one scribe, and afterwards selections were added by several other scribes.
Contains cures, Segulot and amulet formulas for various issues, including kabbalistic illustrations and diagrams, and texts in angelic script; sections on astronomy and astrology, Goralot and more. Red ink is integrated into the text on several pages. Some pages are framed.
Instructions for writing amulets, titled Sefer Kemiot, on p. 51b; "Commentary on the Ilan of Maharshal" on leaves 23-31.
