Semi-cursive Oriental script. Commentary after each verse. The verses are marked with vowelization and cantillation notes.
The commentary has not been identified, and is apparently unknown.
Marginal signature on p. 2b. The last leaf contains marginal inscriptions in a later hand.
[4] leaves. 18 cm. Fair condition. Stains, including large dampstains and dark stains. Wear, damage, tears and open tears, affecting text in several places.

R. Yaakov Yaavetz (ca. 1797-1875), Torah scholar of Izmir, moved to Jerusalem late in life and passed away there. Author of Tzur Yaakov (Izmir, 1866), with an approbation by R. Chaim Palachi.

Manuscript, anthology of practical Kabbalah – Segulot, amulets, cures, astrology, Goralot and more. [Sephardic lands, 19th century].
Cursive Oriental script (Ottoman regions). The base manuscript was written by one scribe, and afterwards selections were added by several other scribes.
Contains cures, Segulot and amulet formulas for various issues, including kabbalistic illustrations and diagrams, and texts in angelic script; sections on astronomy and astrology, Goralot and more. Red ink is integrated into the text on several pages. Some pages are framed.
Instructions for writing amulets, titled Sefer Kemiot, on p. 51b; "Commentary on the Ilan of Maharshal" on leaves 23-31.
Ownership stamps in several places: "Yosef Farchi".
