Signature of Rabbi “Pesach son of Rabbi Yisrael Alin” and stamp of Rabbi “Moshe son of Rabbi David Gitterman” [the Rebbe Rabbi Moshe Gitterman of Savran chief Av Beit Din of Kiev, son of the Rebbe Rabbi David of Savran and son-in-law of the Rebbe Rabbi Mordechai Dov Twerski of Horonistipol.
