שני שרידי כתבי-יד על קלף, שהוצאו מגניזת כריכות. [כתיבה אשכנזית, המאה ה-13/14]
* דף מקופל לשנים, מתוך חמש מגילות. כתיבה אשכנזית מרובעת, מנוקדת.
בדף הראשון: קהלת ד, טז-ה, ט; בצד האחורי: קהלת ו, י-ז, יב; על הדף השני: קהלת יא, ח-אסתר א, א; בצד האחורי: אסתר א, א-א, יז.
* שריד מתוך דף. כתיבה אשכנזית בינונית (3 עמודות בעמוד), מתוך ספר מצוות גדול (סמ"ג).
בצדו האחד ל"ת רח: "ולא היו שם כל דרכי הדרישה וחקירה..." עד ל"ת ריב: "בכלל ארור בו נידוי...". בצד השני ל"ת ריג: "שלא תשתה המים המרים..." עד ל"ת ריד: "אין שבח לתלמידי חכמי' לעשות כן...".

דף קלף בכתב-יד, פסוקים מספר דניאל. כתיבה אשכנזית עם הערות מסורה בתחתית הדף. [אשכנז, המאה ה-14-15].
ספר דניאל. פרק ו', כמחצית מפסוק כה עד פסוק כט, ופרק ז', פסוק א עד כמחצית מפסוק ז, בכתיבה אשכנזית. הטקסט ערוך בשתי עמודות, עם המסורה, אך קטוע וחלקי עקב קרעים בדף הקלף.
דף: 15x27.5 ס"מ בקירוב; מסגרת: 36x49 ס"מ. מצב טוב-בינוני. כתמים ובלאי. קרעים חסרים גדולים, עם פגיעה רבה בטקסט בעמודה הימנית ובהערות המסורה. נתון במסגרת נאה. הדף לא נבדק מחוץ למסגרת.
