A wood and cloth notepad cover, inlaid with a chiseled stone plaque from the detention camps in Cyprus. Cyprus, 1948.
The plaque – a well executed relief of a sailing ship, a wreath of barbed wire and the Hebrew legend "Cyprus 1948" – is Embedded in a wooden notepad cover with a wide cloth spine.

Plaque: approx. 5.5X8 cm. Embedded in a wooden notepad cover: 8X13.5 cm. Good condition. A small fracture in the corner of the plaque, affecting the frame. A fracture in the wood. Tears and blemishes to the cloth spine.
