The decrees detail various appointments, apply various laws to areas of Jerusalem ruled by Israel, deal with emergency regulations, various civil regulations and more.?8 issues, 42 pp (consecutive numbering), 30.5 cm. Good condition. A few stains, creases and minor blemishes. Slight darkening in the margins of some of the leaves. Filing holes in the margins of all the leaves.
