Small Esther scroll in a carved case. [Holland or Italy, 18th century].
Ink on parchment; bone.
A case carved in a delicate striped design, topped by a flower-shaped ornament; in the center of the flower is a base for screwing an additional ornament (lacking).
Height: approx. 10 cm. Fair condition. Handle and ornament on top of the case are lacking. Stains.
