Most probably, this is a one-time issue of "Davar" newspaper, printed under the title "Devar HaYamim HaEle" in order to bypass the Mandate administration that temporarily prohibited the distribution of daily papers.
8 pp (folded sheet, uncut), good-fair condition. Folding marks and creases. Stains. Tears and small holes to margins and fold marks.
