A leaflet and a proclamation printed towards the elections to the state Duma of the Russian Empire, calling on the Jews in Kiev to unite and vote. Kiev, 1906. Russian and Yiddish.
1. евреи всех партий, соединитесь для достижения гражданских прав! [Jews from all parties, unite to achieve civil rights!]. A leaflet (leaf printed on both sides) urging the Jews in Kiev to realize their right to vote and unite in order to achieve a proper representation of the Jewish population in Russia (the leaflet states that there are six million Jews in Russia, 5% of the total population, and therefore Jews should expect to have 30 seats out of the 600 in the Duma).

2. братья евреи! [Jewish Brothers!], bi-lingual proclamation, in Hebrew and Yiddish, calling the Jews of Kiev to unite towards the elections for the Duma.
