Ketubah – Teheran, 1893
Ketubah recording the marriage of the groom Zecharya’u son of [---] with the bride Karshid Kanem. Teheran, Sivan 1893. Ornate ketubah. Made of rectangular frames. Geometric and vegetal adornments decorate the top and right margins. Four circles adorned with silver ink surround blessings and verses. 39X73 cm. Fair condition. Folding marks and creases. Tears to folding marks, reinforced with (acidic) tape on verso.
