A half prutah of Alexander Jannaeus. Obv.: A palm branch (lulav) with its top turning right and paleo-Hebrew insc. [יהונת]ן המלך (Yehonatan the king). The letters are cursive and small. Around them, a border of dots and at the top a small rectangle. Rev.: Due to a technical fault the reverse is struck with incuse obverse. 103-76 BCE. 0.83 grams, 12 mm, TJC sub-group O3
