Architectural Drawings and Photographs from the Estate of the Deputy Municipal Engineer of Jaffa
Collection of documents belonging to Yehuda Avissar, deputy municipal engineer of the city of Jaffa. Tel-Aviv-Jaffa, [1930s-40s].
The collection includes: *30 architectural drawings (amongst them drawings of the Dajani Hospital in Jaffa, the first private hospital in the city, "HaMashbir HaMerkazi" offices and other buildings and streets in Jaffa). *About 100 letters, receipts and official documents addressed to Avissar. Most of the documents are from the Jaffa Municipality and from the Engineers and Architects Association. *Three small photos of installing sewage pipes in Jaffa. Various sizes and conditions.
