Letters of Rabbis and Protocols of Arbitration

Letters of rabbis, letters and protocols, of arbitrations between Rabbi Mattityahu Chaim Tzeitlin and his heirs, and the management of the Diskin Orphanage. 1953-1954.
The deliberation was about assets donated by Mr. Tzeitlin to the orphanage carried out in a completed contract. Afterwards, Mr. Tzeitlin changed his mind, and demanded the orphanage to return the assets to his family. Many meetings took place about this issue, and in the meantime, the claimant died and his widow continued the claim. Later, the deliberations passed from the first arbitrators, Mr. Shmuel Eden of Jerusalem and Mr. Shmuel Stern of Tel Aviv to a rabbinical arbitration. These are some of the protocols and letters concerning that deliberation, including letters of testimony, bills of arbitration and authorization.
Signatures of: Rabbi Reuven Katz, Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Ben-Menachem, Rabbi Mordechai Yaffe-Schlesinger, Rabbi Yosef Blumenfeld, Rabbi Shlomo Shimshon Karelitz etc.
