Embroidered Tapestry with Gold Thread

Ornament for synagogue. Green velvet ornamented with gold thread embroidery. [North Africa, early 20th century?].
One side entirely covered with vegetation patterns and Stars of David; on second side outstanding intense green-colored velvet, ornamented on borders with patters of birds, fish, menorahs and crescents.
Long and narrow shape, 125X39 cm. Good condition. Folding marks.
