Dizengoff's Coffin and the Chief Rabbis – Photographs by Walter Zadek
4 Photographs documenting the chief Rabbis of Tel Aviv, Rabbi Ben- Zion Meir Hai Uziel and Rabbi Moshe Avigdor Amiel, next to the coffin of Tel Aviv mayor, Meir Dizengoff, in his house (Rothschild Blvd. 16), by the photographer Walter Zadek. [Tel Aviv, September 1936].
Menachem Ussishkin is seen in one of the photographs. Three photographs are ink-stamped on the reverse by the photographer, Foto W. Zadek, the fourth is hand-signed by the photographer in pencil. 18X12 cm, good condition. Creases. Part of the margins are cut unevenly.
