At the beginning of the book, after Adon Olam, is printed Seder Maarechet Eliyahu – a weekly study regimen of Torah, Neviim and Ketuvim instituted by R. Eliyahu [HaZaken son of R. Menachem], a sort of Maamadot, first printed here.
Colophon on last leaf: "…And it was completed here in Bologna, by the young typesetter Refael Talmai on behalf of the Guild and himself, Tuesday, 5th Sivan [1537]…".
Censorship expurgations in several places (the words "the dominion of evil" from the Rosh Hashanah prayers are erased by scraping).

Wear and many signs of use to some leaves (some leaves dark). Worming, tears and open tears, affecting text in several places. Close trimming, bordering text, affecting title frame and text of several leaves. New leather binding, with gilt decorations and clasp.
