The present book is an adaptation and translation of confession prayers from the writings of the Shlah, R. Yeshayah HaLevi Horowitz, edited by R. Shlomo de Oliveyra.
At end of book, Hebrew part with eight pages, with a confession. The colophon at the end contains a chronogram, "Moshia" ("Savior"), alluding to Shabtai Tzvi's advent that year.
88; 8 pages. 12.5 cm. Gilt edges. Good condition. Early leather binding (ca. 19th century), with decorations and color endpaper. Defects to binding.
Rare. Few copies are recorded in WorldCat. The copy recorded in the NLI catalog is defective and lacks the Hebrew part at the end.
