Typewritten on the Rebbe's official stationery, with his signature – "M.Schneerson".
Addressed to R. Yitzchak Levi. The Rebbe blesses him on the occasion of his birthday with lengthy life, strength for his educational work, and blessing and success in all their private affairs.
The Rebbe additionally gives him blessing and guidance to be animated with true fear of heaven, and to thus naturally influence the teachers, parents and especially the children.
