Typewritten on the Rebbe's official stationery, concluding with two handwritten lines and his signature: "Yosef Yitzchak" – with the letter yud of his second name in Torah scroll script [his special signature in the last year of his life].
The letter is addressed to his secretary R. Nissan Mindel, with blessings for health and livelihood.
At the end of the letter, the Rebbe added in his handwriting the words: "Your friend, seeking your welfare, esteeming you and blessing you with all good, physically and spiritually".
