Printed reply postcards with questionnaires. The postcards are filled in by hand and signed by members of the Union of Orthodox Rabbis. On the margins of some postcards are various notes and short letters.
The postcards relate to five topics: mikveh observance (1949), synagogue details (1949), commitments for donations (1950), participation in the yearly meeting (1962), and a celebration in honor of R. Meir Cohen's fifteenth year of serve as administrator of the Union and publication of his Chelkat Meir (1964).
