Assorted collection of seven books, responsa, halachah and homiletics by leading Torah scholars of various times – printed in Germany and Central Europe in the 18th-19th centuries, most in first editions, including three books by R. Elazar Kallir, Rabbi of Kolín. Some include signatures and ownership inscriptions.

• Urim VeTumim, on Choshen Mishpat, Part II [sections 73-152], by R. Yehonatan Eibeshitz. [Karlsruhe, 1777]. First edition. Lacking title page. Includes Kitzur Klalei Migo by author of Knesset HaGedolah, with commentary.
• Zichron Yosef, responsa and homiletics by R. Yosef Steinhardt, Rabbi of Fürth. Fürth, 1773. First edition.
The author's preface contains sharp criticism of the nascent Chassidic movement. In this copy, the verso of the preface (usually containing a poem by the author and comments by the proofreader) is left blank.
R. Yosef Steinhardt (before 1700-1776), a leading rabbi of his generation who corresponded with R. Yehonatan Eibeshitz and R. Shaul Rabbi of Amsterdam. A close disciple of the Shav Yaakov of Frankfurt, he served as Rabbi of various cities in Germany and Alsace, and from 1763 as Rabbi and yeshiva dean of Fürth. His wife Kreindel was noted for her erudition, and she is quoted in this book by her husband.

• Responsa Cheker Halachah, Part I, by R. Elazar Kallir Rabbi of Kolín. Vienna, 1838. First edition. No other parts were printed. Lacking leaves 70-84, with content by author's son and son-in-law and other additions.

"Feivel Schlesinger, rabbi in Topoľčany and the region"; stamp of his son "Nachum Schlesinger, rabbi in Topoľčany and the region". Throughout the book are dozens of short glosses of references [apparently by first signatory?].
R. Kalev Feivel Schlesinger (1828-1911), a leading disciple of the Ktav Sofer, author of Torat Bar Nash. His son, R. Nachum Schlesinger (d. 1918), succeeded his father upon his retirement, produced the Chazon Nachum series.
