"M.Schneerson"; with handwritten corrections.
Addressed to R. Yitzchak Eliyah Levi, in response to his letter stating that he had had a daughter. The Rebbe blesses him, his wife and their other children to raise her "to Torah, marriage and good deeds", mentioning the famous Chabad practice in the name of the Rebbe Rashab to use the formula "to Torah" even upon the birth of a girl.
