Letter of Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the Lubavitcher Rebbe. Brooklyn, New York, 25th Iyar 1951.
Typewritten on the Rebbe's official stationery, with his signature:
"M.Schneerson"; with words added by hand.
The letter was sent a few months after the Rebbe assumed leadership of Chabad, to R. Yitzchak Levi, wishing him an easy pregnancy and birth and asking for updates on his wife's health until the birth as well as afterwards.
At the end of the letter, the Rebbe adds in his handwriting: "
…and welfare, both physical and spiritual – M.Schneerson".
