Addressed to R. Yitzchak Levi in Brooklyn, with a blessing for a Ketivah VaChatimah Tovah for a Shanah Tovah.
At the end of the letter, the Rebbe added by hand:
"Your letters have been received", and at the end:
"Awaiting good news".
