Mezuzah case. Morocco, [first half of 20th century].
Sheet silver, engraved; chased; silver wire.
Small mezuzah case, shaped like half-cylinder, with decorations and Hebrew inscription "Shaddai" engraved over convex surface.
Moroccan mezuzah cases of this type are uncommon.
Height: 6.5 cm. Width: 1.5 cm. Old soldering repairs.
