Responsum Handwritten and Signed by R. Avraham Ashkenazi Rabbi of Jerusalem

Leaf with lengthy responsum (4 columns), handwritten and signed by the Rishon LeTzion R. Avraham Ashkenazi, rabbi of Jerusalem. [Jerusalem, 19th century].
Halachic responsum regarding a testament disputed by the heirs and guardians. The responsum was published in Responsa of R. A. Ashkenazi, published by the Ahavat Shalom institute (Jerusalem, 1991, section 10).
R. Avraham Ashkenazi (1811-1880), prominent Torah scholar, Rishon LeTzion of Jerusalem. His opinion was conclusive on communal matters in Jerusalem and throughout the world.
